If you did not file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), use the last four digits of your RUID instead of your SSN.
Check that the Office of the University Registrar has the correct Social Security number for you on file.
You may be using an incorrect RUID. Check your application status at admissionservices.rutgers.edu/ugrad to find your RUID.
Check that Rutgers school code 002629 is listed on your FAFSA.
If you have not received an email notification alerting you that your award is available, it may be too early. Check back again at a later date.
